Phase 1 : Creating the Foundation
The following details a breakdown of the on-going development plans for the near future. Only Phase 1 & 2 have been fully worked out for now.
Introducing EaveAI to the web3 space and educating people on the problems it solves. Main goal will be to start establishing our presence on social media, work out our site & Gitbook and leverage our network to start spreading the word.
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and prominent space hosts are pivotal to EaveAI's strategy. By integrating these influencers early on, we will be able to tap into their expertise and audience, setting the stage for a community-driven growth fueled by trusted voices within the Web3 space.
EaveAI's docs are shared, outlining how the platform will sustain its operations while delivering value to its users. We'll also slowly start unveiling our revenue model which is designed to support the continuous development of EaveAI, ensuring its ability to provide high-quality, actionable insights from the Web3 space. The Beta version of EaveAI introduces a Minimum Viable Product that showcases its core functionality—listening to and summarizing Web3 spaces. Phase 2: Full Launch and Expansion

In a move toward full transparency, EaveAI Team will unveil the complete revenue model and the planned utility of the $EAVE token. This disclosure will highlight how our operations are sustained financially and how the $EAVE token contributes to the ecosystem, supporting our commitment to deliver continuous, valuable insights to our users.
@EaveRecaps will join, listen to, and process live Spaces, extracting the most important information. Once a Space ends, Eave Recaps automatically posts a summary directly under the specific Space on X, providing both our own and the project's followers with quick, digestible insights into the discussions that matter. To give you an idea of our vision for Eave Recaps, consider popular services like @pikaso and @threadreaderapp. These tools have become indispensable for Twitter users by offering essential features such as capturing and threading tweets. We aim to reach similar levels of adoption and usefulness with Eave Recaps, making it an essential tool for anyone involved in X Spaces.
EaveAI will introduce the Standard and Premium plans, offering layered access to our services tailored to meet diverse user demands. These plans are designed to improve user engagement and general exposure through access to more and advanced features, ensuring that each subscriber finds value and utility tailored to their involvement in the Web3 domain. Within first few weeks post-launch these plans will get complimented with more features,
EaveAI will undergo a full rebrand to upgrade our visual and interactive identity, aligning with our innovative position in the Web3 space. The rebrand will see a total transformation of our website, bot and socials to better reflect our mission and technological prowess, setting the stage for greater user engagement and brand recognition.
The first Spaces data hub. Which will function as the go-to place for everything data / metric related to X Spaces. Over 60k Spaces being hosted everyday, but not data is collected on it whatsoever. We’re here to change that.

1. most active hosts/speakers in the space
2. Impact of Spaces, through followers and on-chain correlations
3. What do speakers often talk about
4. Amount of spaces hosted
5. Combined follower count

EaveAI will strategically partner with market leaders in the Web3 space. By allowing these instances to make use of EaveAI in a custom enterprise manner, we aim to broaden our exposure and enhance our reputation, fostering a network of trust and collaboration that leads to growth for all parties involved.
